Your blogs are alway...Bob, as always....great job! Your blogs are always so timely for me. I'm working on my Jul newsletter (Alzheimer's) - researching resources for care-givers. From personal experience...I can relate to the need to first take care of your own health (& attitude!). Thanks for a great blog!Phyllis Tkacikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12825795142390044303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2398529874469288482.post-75056599534513774542010-06-18T06:29:10.007-07:002010-06-18T06:29:10.007-07:00AWESOME analogy, Bob!
You definitely have to take...AWESOME analogy, Bob!

You definitely have to take care of yourself first; before you can take care of other people.

Another analogy along the same line that comes from Dr. Wayne Dyer is: When you squeeze an orange, what do you get? Orange juice, right? You don't get carrot juice. Not pineapple juice. Nor do you get cranberry juice.

You get what's INSIDE the orange...orange juice. Same goes for people. You can only give what you already have inside you.

Thanks for the great material!Weston Lyonhttp://www.westonlyon.comnoreply@blogger.com
